Empowered Employees
Employees can access personal data including skills, events, current job, employment history and performance reviews. They can update fields such as personal information, address, emergency contacts, education and medical conditions. Additionally, they can manage leave balances, attendance plans, absence transactions and request time-off. This self service module allows them to view personal insurance benefits, savings, employee payroll information, paycheck details, remuneration history, payroll deductions and tax claims.

Empowered Executives
Managers can view subordinates, access job information of their direct reports, post notes, access birthday lists and attendance, and review and approve time-off requests.
