<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Gather and prepare data from internal and external sources to validate and calibrate risk models of moderate to large scope or complexity, and support Municipal Councils in choosing the appropriate validation approach; </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Validate risk models in accurate, computationally efficient ways that make good use of DMA’s resources;</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Investigate and analyze potential and actual general liability exposure, evaluate the extent and elements of exposure and recommend appropriate actions for risk mitigation facing various municipalities;</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Provide education on risk management techniques both standard basic education and complex focus topics to Municipal Councils / Municipalities as needed and / or required;</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Prioritize Risk Analysis projects by developing criteria for, and the process involved in, risk prioritization;</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Ensure Municipalities’ compliance with risk management policies and procedures through regular compliance checks and audits;</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Support Municipal Councils in conducting process improvement research, outline findings and make recommendations for improvements via reports and presentations;</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Make recommendations to Municipalities on ways to reduce/control risk, which may involve an insurance strategy, and which will protect against residual risk;</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Review and investigate occurrence reports and recommend corrective plans to provide effective and efficient risk management programs; Develop policies in coordination with Municipal Councils for risk management programs to carryout efficient municipal services;</span></li>

<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Handle all processes related to within the Accounts Section related to generating salaries, benefits, full &#038; final settlements (EOSB) and pension payments to all company employees and ensure they are disbursed timely and accurately as per the input provided by the HR &#038; Administration Division;</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Initiate salary remittance to banks as well as the issuance of pay checks to company employees on a monthly basis;</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Administer and manage invoicing and collection of receivables;</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Carry out the execution of all month-end closing activities and settle all expense payments in a timely manner;</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Ensure timely processing of all payables/ invoices to suppliers/ vendors/ service providers (in coordination with the Procurement Division and other relevant Division) and that supplier enquiries are dealt with, resolving exceptional cases / issues arising in relation to unpaid invoices;</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Handle the billing and collection activities of the Accounting Section of company and collect all outstanding debts in order to meet monthly targets of collections;</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Prepare the company Accounts Receivable ledger and reconcile the Debtors Control Account</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span>Maintain all payroll general ledger accounts and personnel budgetary balances for all company payroll accounts;</span></li>
