An international company which produces and distributes premium confectionery products is seeking a candidate to manage its retail system, a chain of premium gourmet confectionery shops located in the Middle East and Asia. The retail stores are located in prestigious shopping malls. The position is based in Dubai, UAE but requires extensive travel to support stores in other countries.

• To oversee the overall planning, development and management of the retail system: merchandising, operation, and training.
• To manage the retail outlets located in UAE, including all staffing marketing and operational issues.
• To communicate with and support corporate and franchise stores in other markets.
• The position reports to the General Manager.

• Three to five years experience at management level in marketing, operation brand management or merchandising in a company operating premium brand retail stores
• The candidate should have a university degree with good communication and leadership skills. Fluency in English language and use of basic computer software is required.
