Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed schedules using the information on the Task Sheets, Planning will integrate the issue of personnel, deliverables, materials and fabrications for the Completion, Commissioning & Start Up Phase.
- Produce detailed S curve, Manpower Histograms that indicate trade numbers and types required to complete the work in liaison with Deputy Hook Up Manager.
- Understand & Organize tasks related to structure, equipment, piping, E&I material, Telecom, etc..
- Put logical order of trades between them.
- Put order of availability of the various systems, to prepare and complete all pre-commissioning/commissioning/Start Up activities.
- Progress of the work is assessed visually by QS/cost controller/Progress Engineer which tasks have been completed within the Task Sheet.
- Progress must be implemented in Schedule. Task Sheet is calculated by ratio of the estimated man-hours for completed tasks divided by the total estimated man-hours for the Task Sheet.
- In coordination with QS/cost controller/Progress Engineer, daily progress is calculated each day, and a weekly progress report is officially issued offshore to inform COMPANY about the overall progress, efficiency, and tentative completion date.
Skills:
- Fully conversant with Primavera software latest edition
- Have previous Offshore experience (minimum 5 years)
- General experience of all trades
- Capable to integrate & work within a (multiple nationalities) team
- Capable to work in difficult Offshore environment.
