Job Description:
- Monitor day to day operations of his area and make adjustments as required.
- Maintain normal operational parameters on his process area and to take critical actions as require at the right time.
- Monitor and analyze daily operation readings and flag any deviation from normal operating envelopes for further analysis and investigation.
- Implementation of the approved procedure, assist on writing and updating procedure as required.
- Report any upset will cause a product off spec.
- Maintain daily communication with PA at his area, accountable for the house keeping.
- Understand the HP/ LP & LT/HT interface system effect.
- Understand ESD/PSD system & cause & effect diagram.
- Participate on the RCFA and follow up Action plan.
- Accountable for maintain smooth hand over with next shift.
- Understand the LPG and Condensate Terminals operation and loading operations to cover LPG and Condensate Terminals operation as required.
- Report the changes on LO / LC conditions & awareness Safety Override Risk Assessment in his area.
- Compliance of all HSSE & integrity legislation and group standards which includes full compliance with SMS.
- Routine regular testing of safety equipment on his area.
- Participate on safety walk-troughs as owner of his area.
- Compliance with ISO14001 standards.
- Site risk management and lessons learnt implementation.
- Control all safety-related activities or issues in his area to minimize potential accidents and achieved safe work practices.
- Accountable for People, Environment & Equipment working on his Area.
- Participate with shift crews the emergency procedures. and taking appropriate actions to control and secure an emergency in the Plant as peer instruction of ER leader.
Skills:
- Accountable for role of AO & IA
- Accountable for pre work site visit with PA
- Accountable for accepting work completion
- Participate on the level 2 risk assessments meeting & share it on toolbox meeting.
- Prepare & design the ICC.
- Check LO/LC in his area.
- Prepare long term ICC on his area.
- Planning & Maintenance support:
- Working closely with Maintenance to ensure equipment repairs are done in a timely & safely manner as peer as maintenance plan on his area and keeping good housekeeping in the area.
- Create a work order for any defected equipment on his area and reporting it to the senior operators.
- High school or equivalent.
- Good English Knowledge.
- Team player and able to work within a Multinational team.
- Thorough DCS operation.
- 5 years of work experience in Oil & Gas sector.
