*Sales Leader II

Job Description:
  • Hire/fire, training, planning, directing and coordinating the activities of sales professionals as assigned to drive revenue growth and profitability in alignment with Global Sales objectives.
  • Develop sales plans, policies, and overall strategies to obtain maximum sales volume while managing to profit goals.
  • Collaborates with Sales Enablement teams, Client Care regional leadership, and Global Marketing to ensure the sales force receives the support needed to meet or exceed their targets.
  • Provides negotiation assistance, training, counseling, and development opportunities for assigned Sales Leaders and sales professionals; assigns accounts, territories and sales quotas based on individual goals, capabilities, and pipeline activity.
  • Responsible for budget and expense management.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 10+ years of sales and business development experience
  • Experience selling large integration deals
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • P&L, budgeting experience a plus
  • Strong client facing experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication experience
  • Ability to travel (local and out-of-state)
