- troubleshoot network-related problems
- monitor WAN links
- perform network requests
- configure / upgrade Cisco network equipment
- manage network-related projects
- coordinate with network vendors and telcos
- coordinate with other support teams (field support and server management)
Responsibilities:
- with 5 years experience in networking
- knowledge in Cisco implementation, troubleshooting
- knowledge in using network monitoring tools
- familiar with network routing protocols
- familiar with network operations and telco coordination
- willing to be rotated to nightshift
- able to travel locally or abroad
