• Creation of a MOSS 2007 demo area to showcase the functionality of each web part available within MOSS 2007 supported by workable examples of business work flow, InfoPath forms etc.
• Mentor other members in the team holding monthly workshops to showcase core components of MOSS 2007.
• Complete a thorough examination of installed MOSS 2007 instance, documenting the complete architectural design providing recommendations on improving the installation where feasible.
• Create processes and procedures around monitoring performance/usage statistics to assist in capacity planning.
• Work alongside our MSPS resource sharing expertise and knowledge.
• Demonstrate and document a disaster recovery strategy for the MOSS 2007 installation.
• Create a mirror instance of the current MOSS 2007 installation to be used as a TEST bed, supported by documentation.
• Working alongside 'MOSS Team Lead', candidate will be responsible for the creation of a support strategy to enable take-on support of the MOSS 2007 installation to help achieve formal GO LIVE of the service to the business.
• Occasional Support, Administration and Maintenance activities for existing SharePoint 2003 instance.
• Produce a proven documented migration strategy from SPS 2003 WSS 2.0 to MOSS 2007 WSS 3.0.

• Expertise in C#.NET Language
• Expertise in T-SQL using either MS SQL Server 2000 or MS SQL 2005
• Expertise in OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design).
• Experience with MS authentication and security models (Active Directory, Windows Authentication)
• Expertise in developing MS SharePoint Portal Server Solutions
• Solid working experience in Microsoft Active Directory, SQL development and schema design, and C#.
• Experience developing web-services
• Solid understanding of 3-tier architecture, objected oriented analysis and design
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Mastery of the core SDE skills is required; these include: critical thinking, problem solving, design, and most critically, attention to performance, scalability, reliability, availability at the system and component level.
• Must have terrific communication and presentation skills, as will be faced with independent representation of Internal Applications / ATLAS to our customers
• Must have proven a successful architected application or enterprise application.
• Web application AND windows applications with strong web experience is required.
• Experience developing software in an Prince 2 environment.
• Experience with InfoPath forms solutions

Desirable skills:

• Experience with MOSS BDC for reporting.
• Experience with EXCEL Services.
• Experience working with SQL server 2005.
