Job Description:
  • Works to specific predefined processes operating under direct supervision and guidance
  • Provides Administration Support to various Grafdom internal business organizations

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Missing Time Process for organization(s) supported to include:
  • Run weekly 'missing time' reports
  • Chase missing time offenders
  • Entering time for the 'exceptional circumstances' organizations
  • Entering time older then 2 weeks
  • Run weekly 'unapproved time' reports
  • Maintain the 'repeat offender list'
  • Execute bulk CATs upload
  • Maintain WBS Administration Structure
  • Maintenance of internal business WBS codes from level 3 downwards
  • Creation of WBS structure(s) for Programs/Projects
  • SAP Organization Management
  • Maintenance of org structure in SAP
  • Creating and delimiting positions
  • Assist leaders with position and job code management
  • Distribution List Management
  • Creation of internal email distribution lists
  • Maintenance of existing email distribution list to ensure synergy with business org changes
