- Minimum 2 years experience in Backup environment using Legato Backup System.
- Good understanding of LAN/SAN Networks is an added advantage
- Sound problem determination and resolution.
- Problem and Change Mgmt Process understanding.
- Able to work on standby
- Able to work in Cyberjaya
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 Legato Backup system administration and technical support
- Legato Backup System software administration tasks
- Configuration change co-ordination and execution
- Problem investigation and resolution
- Problem reporting and compliance
- Legato Software maintenance and upgrades
- Legato System health checks
