Responsibilities:
  • You will cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships in this existing account.
  • You must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives and demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships.
  • The Account Manager must have a working knowledge of on-site/off-shore model.
  • Prior mining experience in selling within a large account(s), preferably in the Finance industry is preferred.
  • Identifying prospective opportunities & create the go to strategy for an established large insurance account
  • Generating business and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion dollar engagements
  • Achieve consistent contribution and collection norms
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the Program Managers and achieving committed service quality norms
  • Building credibility and gain market share in the targeted account
  • Understanding of technology and vertical platforms, competitive landscape, in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs is essential
