Experience Required:

• Candidate should have worked on supply chain management w.r.t IT assets in a large organization
• Should have very good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic Knowledge of Hardware IT assets
• Software Licensing knowledge
• Should have handled a team of at least 30 members
• Should have knowledge on the customs compliance process Basic knowledge of SQL database is an added advantage

• Desktop Asset Management/ Laptop Asset Management
• Procurement Planning, Indenting and approval follow-up
• Budget planning and control
• Desktop Allocation/Release process ownership
• Planning desktop up-gradation
• Ensure usefulness and optimized usage of desktops
• Escalate issues to vendors
• Laptop age analysis reports
• Policy framing and renewal
• Rental laptop planning
• Manage laptop buy-back
• Server & Communication devices Management
• Vendor Management
• Internal & External Audits
• Physical verification reports with discrepancy
• Blackberry Management
• Procurement planning, indenting
• Manage and Administer Microsoft/IBM/Oracle/Symantec/Citrix licensing and support sites
