Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the HR function for employees based in the in the US Eastern region. This includes design and implementation of Human Resources programs, processes, policies, strategies and partnering with SBU managers to meet business goals.
  • Employee relations champion: Drive processes to enhance effective employee advocacy. Be an escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues.
  • Enabler: Coach managers and employees on subjects such as company processes, career, and leadership
  • Communication change driver: includes employee relations, manager coaching, compensation, legal compliance, recruiting, performance management and appraisal, training and career counseling.

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated competence & strong background in employee relations, coaching and talent management.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, work in a team environment, recognize trends, and identify systematic approaches to solving problems
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Superior consulting, communication, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills with the ability to adapt style to all levels of management and employees.
  • Experience working with senior executives, multiple groups and/or matrix organizations. International HR experience working in multi cultural environments is desirable.
  • Minimum of 6 years of HR experience in IT / Consulting or an equivalent combination of advanced training and experience. BA/BS in organization management, human resources, or social/ behavioral sciences required; Master's in human resources management or industrial relations preferred.
