*CRM Consultant/Project Manager/Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • As a Consultant in the CRM consulting practice, you will bring in strong industry, process and technology solutions in the supply chain to build, drive and realize compelling Customer Relationship Management value proposition to our clients.
  • Ability to create high level designs with an eye on process improvements and ROI is key
  • Experience with change readiness programs and deliverables, marketing and functional area requirements (i.e. contracts, pricing, and product configuration) are very desirable
  • CRM B2B sales, CRM Call Center Sales and or Service, CRM Marketing and Analytics (must have keen understanding of reporting requirements), CRM Consumer (including storefront to marketing and sales), CRM partner relationship management (channel management)

Skills:

SAP CRM Siebel PeopleSoft CRM Saleforce.com, SAP CRM Siebel PeopleSoft CRM Saleforce.com

Experience Required:

  • CRM package experience: SAP CRM, Siebel, PeopleSoft CRM, Saleforce.com
  • 3-12 years of relevant experience of which at least 3 years should be with a reputed consulting organization
  • Ability to show expertise in process redesign and improvement
