The candidate should be a graduate. must possess good communication (oral and written) skill, flexible to work according to the work load, experience in handling HR operations, should be a good team player, willing to learn and adapt to changes.

• Should handle HR processes as per SOPs, have knowledge on the subject related to HR ops like Medical benefits, Employee relations, pre employment checks, good analytical knowledge, payroll and HR policies.
• Should have good knowledge and hands on experience in MS office (word, excel).
• Work experience in web or other workflow tool.
