Job Description:
  • To provide an effective recruitment in line with set policies and procedures.
  • Identify and recommend strategy to ensure that the most effective recruitment techniques are used.
  • Determines the best, cost-effective methods to use to recruit for each vacancy.
  • Conducts and facilitates interviews, especially for senior level positions
  • Will devise suitable testing methods and ensure that the tests administered are appropriate for the type and level of job.
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures for recruitment and selection to ensure that such activities are carried out in a standard and equitable manner, and under best practice guidelines.

Skills:
  • University degree in Human Resources Management or Degree in Business Administration with an additional Recruitment qualification or experience.
  • 5 years of Recruitment and managerial experience.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
