Specific competencies required

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or MSc. with proven commercial acumen.
• Track record in converting initiatives into practical solutions
• Extensive experience at ministerial level within MOH, MOF & MODA.
• Min. 5 years healthcare sector experience at senior level.
• External Networking, influencing and interpersonal skills to command respect at all levels ..
• Strong political acumen - at ease in political and administrative circles.
• A deep understanding of healthcare industry incl. care providers
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong command of written and spoken English & Arabic Languages.
• Understanding future trends in the clinical/technical requirements of the healthcare industry.
• Ability to analyze market opportunities.
• Ability to zoom in/out - dealing with strategic discussions and tactical implementation.
