• Ideally 7-10 years of work experience in an IT architecture / management position, of which at least 4 in an Enterprise Architect position with demonstratable results and projects.
• Experience with e-Government Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture, Enterprise Integration and Portals preferable.
• Proven experience in creation of comprehensive guidelines and documents.

• Excellent oral and written English language skills; Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to build effective working relationships with clients, employees and peers
• Ability to follow and assess current trends in IT Security and related Legal fields
• In-depth knowledge in IT security
• Ability to follow and assess current trends in general IT and e-Government.
• In-depth knowledge in data architecture, infrastructure and application architecture
• Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Rational Rose / Architect preferable)
• Motivation and team leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a very dynamic team of experts.

Education: Degree level qualification in Engineering, Computer Sciences or similar. Certifications in IT Security or similar preferable.
