Job Description:
- Supervising the implementation of the Training unit plans, as well as ensuring their compliance with the Company’s rules and policies
- Developing the Training unit work plan; assigning work activities, and monitoring work flow within the department to serve the Company’s goals and plans
- Proposing plans and programs that improve the effectiveness of the Training unit
- Ensuring that instructions and administrative and technical decisions are followed and applied by the subordinates
- Ensuring that work activities are carried out according to the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the Human Resource Manager
Responsibilities:
- Formulation and development of training policies, programs, and plans in light of the corporate strategy
- Conducting needs analysis studies and conferring with direct supervisors to determine training needs of the employees
- Screening, testing, counseling, and recommending employees for participation in internal or external educational and training programs in coordination with their direct supervisors
- Selecting appropriate instructional procedures or methods, such as individual training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, and computer-based training
- Selecting, and evaluating outside training organizations or individuals to conduct training in specific topics
- Monitoring the progress of human resources development plans and recommending ways of enhancement and improvement of employee competency through the necessary training
- Measuring effectiveness of conducted training in comparison to human resources development expectations
