Job Description:
  • To manage HR issues relating to MEP operations and to take responsibility for the administrative element of all functions undertaken by the HR department in line with company policies and statutory legislation.
  • A proven high level of expertise in a generalist HR role, ideally in a fast moving, international, multi cultural company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including ability to write clear and concise emails and letter.
  • Detailed knowledge of employment law.
  • Up-to-date significant experience of handling grievance and disciplinary matters.
  • Active involvement in recruitment, interviewing and selection for staff at all levels within the organization.
  • Past experience of negotiating and reviewing contracts with Recruitment agencies.

Responsibilities:
  • 5+ years of progressive MEP experience.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Management or equivalent
  • Proven ability to lead, influence and motivate others.
