Responsibilities:

• Development implementing and management of appropriate systems, policies and procedures to ensure a healthy and safe working environment
• Determination and development of training programmes to ensure compliance with company HSE objectives
• Development of management reporting and communication systems
• Advice to senior management on the development of HSE policies and objectives
• Development implementation and management of ISO 9001:2000
• Management of compliance with local, federal and international regulations and standards with regard to safety and environmental protection
• Management of a team of safety and environmental advisors
• Management of risk; including the development of appropriate audit schedules and routines
• Development implementation and monitoring of performance measurement systems with regard to safety and environment
• Identification and development of systems to capture opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) responsibilities
• Maintain Key Relationships

Requirements:
