Job Description:
- The successful candidate will be a degree Holder, preferably a member of RICS, with 7- 10 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a Construction Company.
- You should be capable of leading a team of 3 – 4 Quantity Surveyors on the project site, well versed in the preparation of Contract variations and claims for extension of time.
- You will work in tandem with the Project Manager and Planning Engineer in monitoring the progress of works and should be responsible for the preparation and submission of monthly commercial reports to the Head Office.
- Gulf Experience will be an advantage and you should be Computer Literate.
