Job Description:
- Responsible for overall field contract management, administration and coordination.
- Ensure that the contractor's works are monitored and controlled in accordance with design specifications and Contract Documents.
- Ensure monitoring on the quality of materials and workmanships installed, operated and maintained.
- Liaise with Client, Project Management and Contractor for resolution of project issues, in addition to concerned Authorities when required.
- Supervise, review, monitor and report on progress.
- Liaise with all parties for site safety.
- Monitor assigned staff and implement on site procedures to assist them performing their work efficiently.
- Maintain awareness of contracts financial status.
- Give final approval to works and arrange handover.
Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Airport construction methods and materials including industrial buildings, MEP systems, structural steel framing and concrete structures, architectural finishes and foundations.
- Sound knowledge of engineering contracts contractual matters and Value Engineering.
- Previous experience for at least 3 years in airport projects with the same capacity is an absolute must.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills and fluency in the English language. Knowledge of the Arabic language is preferred.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
