Job Description:
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product development efforts and programs to support the entire travel experience for the guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manages product development efforts and programs to support the entire organization’s Guest Experience, pre-flight, airport environment, in-flight, post-flight, onboard experience and Guest promise.
- Manages the execution of various marketing agreements with both current and future in-flight product and in-flight entertainment content partners.
- Oversees onboard Digital Advertising Network, managing the media sales agency relationship, and the development of new onboard advertising revenue opportunities.
- Liaises between In-flight, Airports, Provisioning and Marketing for the development, implementation and communication of product development programs

- Reviews and analyzes new products/services at all the guest touch points and determines feasibility of potential business partnership opportunities and relationships.
- Oversees the design process, development and launch of new product offerings (new products/services, product enhancements, aircraft upgrades).
- Oversees the day-to-day operation of the in-flight entertainment system such as content loading and approval, error reporting, user training, software campaigns and financial reporting.
- Develops and delivers internal presentations and communications to keep Crewmembers up to date on all Product Development innovations and updates about all Product Development activities for Crewmembers.
- Works closely with the Marketing team to include in-flight product offerings/relationships in appropriate promotional opportunities.
Skills:
- Five (5) years marketing or product development experience.
- Airline industry experience preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, Arabic will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal communications skills and the ability to motivate others
- Ability to manage multiple time sensitive projects and work independently
- Ability to develop models to determine feasibility of business
- Ability to develop models to determine feasibility of business partnerships/relationships
- Ability to develop process maps.
