Location : Abudhabi, UAE  |  Experience Level : > 5 YEARS  |  Education : Quality Management and Organizational Excellence Certification (American Society for Quality, ASQ)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle entire ISO 9001-2000 certification process for the company.
  • Establish a program for staff certification, build case for partnerships.
  • Define a certification program for staff, based on certification relevance by role / function, e.g. as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), in ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library)
  • Develop partnerships, e.g. with ISACA (Information Systems Audit & Control Association) and set it up accordingly.
  • Develop e-Gov Awards as part of the Excellence Awards scheme.
  • Manage Awards (definition, organization, etc.) accordingly, on a regular basis.
  • Investigate further Awards opportunities, including regional and international awards, develop and organize them accordingly
  • Coordinate company’s Excellence Award application process.
  • Liaise with Award Office and key stakeholders, for a proactive compliance and targeted applications.
  • Prepare the organization in a timely manner and with clear deliverables before the official start of the application process – ensure company’s compliance with the EFQM model / requirements
  • Develop plan for departmental and other award applications (in particular project-related, employee-related award applications)
  • Coordinate the production of the application across the entire organization, ensure content is made available in relevant and aligned format, draft application reports.
  • Follow up with awards committee, including handling of auditing visits in company.
  • Analyze results of Excellence Awards and build clear action plans to close gaps unveiled.

Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written English and Arabic language skills.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
